If I can just bring that one day of happy then Iv done my job!

I became a care taker after caring for my mother (a cancer patient) for three years. It actually fell into my lap, when a friends, friend was looking for help caring for his mother. It was such a blessing, because it directed me in to care taking as a profession. I believe I am a compassionate and friendly care giver because I was once a patient while going through cancer treatment. I understand how it feels to be scared or frustrated with be disabled. Being that helpless gives you a different perspective when dealing with those who are now feeling that same way.
