First and foremost I love my job, I love making a difference in people's lives Secondly I'm a mother who took care of two sweet babies by myself, so since the people we support some times need tenderness, I have all the skills to handle them with care and love Thirdly , I'm very calm and patient person, most of the patients we give care for need to be handled patiently especially those with dementia. After that I noticed I enjoyed caring for the elderly and spending time with them. I love listening to their stories and learning from their experiences. I see them and treat them as my family. I like to help them get the best quality of life under their circumstances. I feel a sense of accomplishment every time it's time for me to leave their house and they have a smile on their faces. My experience in hospitality industry lead me to this work, where I was able to help and volunteer to a group of seniors who come and eat in our restaurant. The part I enjoy most is listening to their story especially if their trying hard to remember and try to help them through it.
