My name is Leslie and I am 31 years old. I have experience working with elderly patients in the Santa Clarita Valley for 7 years. I have gained a lot of experience in the field in regards to different patient's needs. I am passionate about assisting and performing quality care.

I am a happy, healthy, compassionate, loyal, patient, loving person who found my caregiver calling late in life. I am 66 years old and have been doing this for a little over 12 years and love what I do. I started when a couple different neighbors of mine were ill and didn't have any family to help them. I had my CPR CERT so I said why not and when they were doing better I decided to make this my work. (Experience through: IHSS, CARE.COM, CARELINX & CAMBRIAN HOME CARE) The first client I had was in very bad shape when I met him, diabetes, renal failure, heart failure, living on his own, not keeping up with his meds or taking his insulin properly. I called his Dr. got him on a med schedule and with the right food, TLC and exercise he did quite well. Since then I have had several different clients, one was on hospice and others I took to Dr appts., med Mgmt. , meal prep, errands and companionship. I'm looking now because one of my clients I had been caring for since 2015, unfortunately she passed away early November. I enjoy my work and I work very hard! Thank you so much, Cindy

I'm a very caring person I care for my patients and I understand what the family is going through and I try to be that piece of mind that their Love One will be taken care of while the family is absent. I Love to Help others I enjoy bringing comfort and company to those in need of it. I was asked to train one of the employees that works for We care health care.

I became a caregiver at a young age my grandparents were living alone so at 16 I started cooking cleaning and helping them with care. It just came natural. As more family members and friends needed me it became a career. I've done in-home care many years also took CNA courses. I love people. My heart is big and it shows in my work . I will be a blessing to any family that needs help with their love ones .

I am meticulous and thorough in my care, perform the tasks assigned to me to the best of my ability, and strive for a good relationship with my patients. Caregiving is rewarding in its own way and is one of the fundamentals of nursing and as an LVN, I've enjoyed it from the minute I started and hope to continue.

What makes me a good caregiver is i like to sit down and listen to the individual and the family to find out their concerns and fears and how they want things to be. I respect all rights and will not over step my boundary. I'm a good listener and companion. I became a care giver after taking care of my grandma while she battled with cancer. It was a hard and emotional time but after she passed. I learned that we became closer and during that hard time we also had many good times. So in the end results i became a care giver to become a companion and to help others when help is needed.

I have a spunky personally and will always try to put a smile on your face. I chose this career path because I enjoy making a difference in someone's day. My clients mean a lot to me and I put top priority in caring for them. I go out of my way to help my client with all the care he/she needs. I am tidy and clean with a plus on being very organized. I try to help out on all levels of care to the best of my ability with my knowledge of my experience in homecare. Hi Everyone!! I'm very experienced with a variety of different ailment inc Dementia, Alzheimer's, partial and compete paralysis, cirrhosis, diabetes, stage 4 kidney failure and stroke/ heart attack victims. I was with the State 2 years before my last agency of 6 years. I am excited to work with families and help them deal with the difficult tasks of caring for their loved ones.
