Hi, my name is Toyla and it is my passion to care for others. I have worked for many families privately over the years. I have also provided care in an assisted living environment. It is a very genuine bonding time and I love every new experience.

I am a very patient and compassionate person who enjoys helping others and I find it very rewarding being able to help someone in need. After caring for my mother I found that I felt most accomplished when helping others. What I enjoy most about caregiving is being able to help seniors take back of piece of their independence. I enjoy working on small personal goals with my clients based on their needs. My greatest accomplishment is the purchase of my dream home on Lake Shasta.

I have become a caregiver do to my family. I have taken care of multiple kinds of people from people with disabilities like Parkinson, CP, dementia, alzheimers, and more as well as thoughs without. The company i have worked for had at least 4 clients on shift. With that in mind I have taken care for 14 different people over my life and some for many years. I try to make sure the client is well taken care of with personal touches so that it not just a new staff but someone that will help raise up the person I take care of. If I'm happy about anything most its that I am liked among all the client that I have ever taken care of.

I am a licensed CNA and currently working as a mentor to people with developmental and physical disabilities. When I was 12 years old my grandma was diagnosed with ALS and I helped care for her until she passed, that experience led me on to become a CNA and commit to helping those in need with every day living. I'm very open-minded and compassionate.

My first experience as a caregiver was when I was 15 years old. My grandfather was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. Both my parents were school teachers so I was responsible for his care every day after school till they got home. My heart is in taking care of others and helping keep them home in there comfort zone as long as possible. I am 38, I obtained my CNA in 2000 and have worked with different companies ever since. I enjoy all people with different illnesses I have extensive training with accute, long term, rehabilitation, psych holds, pediatric and also worked for two years in a lock down alshiemers ward. The job is hard and sometimes mentally exhausting, but I couldn't imagine doing anything different.

My traits are that im kind caring ,happy and positive everyday I like helping people thats why i have been a caregiver for 6 years The fact that i can help someone who truly need the help . Just being a good person everyday i wake up

Im a very loving capassionate person. I relized in my young adolescent years that i am codependent which is why i became a certified nurses assistant. Ive been a care giver,nurses aid and home health aid for over 10 years. I also enjoy cooking which is why i am a certified chef as well. I feel and treat my clients like they are my family.im just taking care of grandma and grandpa.

Very outgoing, helping others and giving the care and help I would want to receive is why I took to caregiving 7 years ago. I enjoy the look of happiness im able to put on others faces when they are able to be as independent as they can with my help.

I have 40 years of personal care experience, mostly word of mouth. I work as a private caregiver, and can provie current and past clients and their families for you to speak with. I am mobile, and move according to client need.

I (Torri) became a Caregiver, because it has became a passion of mine. Since caring for my great Grandmother till her last day. I've felt a need to help the elderly that simply cannot do it themselves. I've worked in many care facilities and also did in home care on the side. The feeling of accomplishment, love, and someone genuinely caring for him/her that I see from a resident/client is the reason why I love doing this action. It's not just a "job" you're a huge deal in this persons life and that is a privilege. I've done the House Keeping shifts, Care Companion shifts, Med Aid shift, and in home care shifts. ALL give me a sense of fulfilment, which I always want to have in my life. I'm going to further my career based in Elder care. I've worked in a Facility that partakes in Dementia, Alzheimers, Hospice, and more. This is my PASSION and i'd love to further it.
