I have experience to work with agencies , assisting living facility .I think that a quality that's made me been a good caregiver is that I'm compassionate ,reliable and responsable.I like to treat people how I like to be treated...I become a Cna because I feel special caring for older seniors, I will tell you why , when I was a teenager 13 old , I was lacking of grandparents love, my parents were divorced, then when I was in my teenage age , my dad used to left me with my grandmother at home , 80 age , she was in a wheelchair, Parkinson's disease. I became a care because,of my grandpa I use to take care of him I love providing care for him. I love putting a smile on his face, it make me feel Like I'm doing a good job when I see hen happy it's a joy to my heart.
