Hello, my name is Takia Hill, and I proudly provide (medical) services to those in need of care by offering a complete range of personal support and companionship services. I provide patients with one-on-one care in the privacy and comfort of their house or senior living community. I assist with day-to-day activities, including bathing, grooming, bathroom assistance, assistance with walks, gym time, and physical therapy. I also provide hands-on service with transportation and meal preparation according to patients' plans and needs. I make it a point always to allow and encourage residents to do as much on their own as possible while having the reassurance of my close supervision and encouraging words. I Provide direct and indirect patient care, Transport patients, via wheelchair or accompany ambulatory patients, and transfer and offer assistance during moving of patients into and out of wheelchairs, toilets, beds, and other equipment. I have experience with assisting patients requiring help with feeding, toileting, and all other ADL care. I am A loving, caring, and hardworking Home Health Aide with years of experience supporting and nursing elderly patients. My main focus is to connect with patients and their families personally, to gain their trust so I can make them feel safe and comfortable. While providing top-tier aid, assistance, service, encouragement, and companionship. I take this profession and these duties very seriously, thus making this more than just a job.

About me. My name isJeanette Lopez I'm 44- years old . I was born and NY raised in Puerto Rico . I would describe myself as outgoing , friendly, and talkative. I thrive when surrounded by other people, and find it easy to connect with anyone I meet. Always looking for bridges , not fences. I would also say that I have a sense of humor, and people generally enjoy my company. I think what describes me the best is the "creative mind " because I always enjoy to come up with ideas, think outside the box, or even challenge the status quo. Now it doesn't mean that I find it hard to oblige the rules . I do that. But I don not hesitate twice to share my feed back and suggest improvements. I am also energetic, motivated, enthusiastic about work and life, I am also a team player who thrives in team environments . My nickname can be be " never gives up" , and that sort of characterizes who I am. Maybe I am not the most talented person in the world- when it comes to any task , but you can be sure I always give me 100% effort, and if I fail with something I try again. I'm always willing to try new hobbies, learn new skills. I would also describe myself as a very calm and balanced person. Always try to see the brighter side of things. I am a good companion for the talk about virtually any topic. I also love traveling and exploring new places. I love cats, dogs and most all animals. I believe in lifelong learning and personal growth. I developed an interest in caregiving at a very young age. During my teenage years. I I help my mother with my grandparents . I knew since then I loved helping caring for other. I always enjoyed playing and combing my dolls hair, feeding and play cooking for them. I always look after the house keeping home cleaned and organized. I have been a Certified Home Health Aide for 20 years . Since I could remember I've always wanted to help people. Growing up I watched my great grandmother helping everyone that she could. I was always being told that to be in the healthcare field it takes a special person. While that is true I believe that person has to have the passion and love for what they do. I love helping people and feeling like I make a difference in a persons life.

I have been in the medical field since 2007. I enjoy this profession due to the fact that I am able to help those who can't or need the help to do their daily activities and it makes me feel good knowing that I am able to give the person and their family that sense of relief knowing they have someone here who cares and genuinely wants to be there and do the best possible care they can to improve the quality of care and life. I've always gone above and beyond for anyone I've worked for and had a resident who was very hard to please go out of her way to write a note and post on the bulletin for all to see thanking me. For staying after my shift to put her to bed bc no one else would do it and I stayed an extra hr and half to do it and didn't complain in fact I kept asking if she was comfortable or needed. Anything else and she couldn't believe how sweet I was and even requested that if I was on shift I'd be her care giver.

I am great caregiver because love to care for other that is need the reason why I become a caregiver because i look on life different and everyone that can't help themselves need help with respect I enjoy being a caregiver is when my Individual is happy and smile and also enjoying living my proud moment of being a caregiver is when there goal is complete and they feel proud of themselves that they can't do anything
