Hi I am Eunice a 21 year old caregiver! Working as a caregiver has been a blessing and a eye opener. Working as a care giver I've gain a lot Empathy, my communication has gotta extremely better I'm more compassionate and time management is just a must for me. I love being a caregiver because of the connection & the relationships I build with my Residents and clients. I enjoy being a caregiver because of the way my Resident treat me sometimes they might not be aware of what they are doing but the good always outweighs the bad. What attracted me to being a caregiver; I took care of my grandmother when she was in her final stages of life & it was very rewarding. I watched my mom be a cna for 18years before becoming a nurse. I love helping others and making then feel special in their day to day life. I am a hard working single mother of 4 looking to make a big life change and come to Arizona from iowa so that the father of my children can help raise them. Im currently lookin for jobs so that i have something lined up before arriving. I am very flexible and wil consider offers for overnights and days but not 2-10 as i have children in school and i tried 2-10 but i never got to see my littles. i became a registered medical assistant because I wanted to help people and found the medical field very interesting. I have worked with a variety of people from the very young to the very old. I have worked in urgent care clinics, assisted living homes, and Alzheimer's/ Dementia units Since October 2013 I have been a full time live in personal caregiver to my grandmother due to her cancer. I enjoy working as a medical assistant and would like to continue doing so as a personal caregiver. I am very proud of the fact that I have graduated in my field with Honors, a 3.96 GPA, and received 100% attendance awards every semester.

My name is Charlotte Findley I'm 54 yrs old. I worked many years in health care. My aunt, who was Director of Nursing at a Care Center took me to work with her when I was 12 yrs old. I fell in love with the company of older people. The stories and wisdom I would crave from there on. I started volunteering at the center. My aunt said I added a little joy to their lives helping them but really it was my life that an abundance of joy did they add. Those are days I will always be greatful to have had. I found my calling , Caregiving!!! I had a small in home daycare in my early 20s. (back when i could keep up with several whipper snappers -those were the days lol) I have worked as a CNA in Care Centers. I also worked as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and as a Companion/Homemaker for folks in their homes. I worked as a Residential Assistance Tech (RAT) ingroup home settings, assisting those with intellectual different-abilities live as independently as possible. Though I didn't make a fortune money wise I certainly feel very rich with many wonderful memories and friendships Ive gained along the way. I haven't worked for quite sometime . I spent the years since being officially employeed helping care for my little sister who was born with special needs and was total care from the time she was born 1992 until her passing in 2014 . I cared for my dad through his experience with esophalgial cancer that later went to his brain. He had two surgeries, chemo and radiation . He peacefully transitioned, as he refered to it, at my home in Feb 2015. I then focused on caring for myself and home. I was given one of the most precious gifts of all in May of 2021 my grandson Oliver Thomas!! What a joy grandparenthood is!! I am ready to get back to working outside the home again and am looking forward to meeting new people, learning new things, hearing new stories /personal histories and helping folks stay safely in their homes and as independant as possible.

Right now I am a stay at home but I am looking into getting into a rewarding field of work again. I have always loved helping people and am excited to start working again. I love loving on others and making them feel like they have a friend.
