I am a very down to earth, kind hearted person. I have always loved taking care of people, whether it be babies/kids or the elderly. I love being able to help people and it is very rewarding being a caregiver. Giving them companionship is so rewarding, especially if they don't have family/friends nearby.

I know this sounds lame, but I always knew I wanted to be a nurse. I love the rewarding feeling I get from giving. Now, when I was a kid that was another story. I carried all of my toys in a brown grocery bag and you would have to fight me to get me to share! I love listening and learning from others. I feel that this has only improved my caregiving skills. I have worked with all ages, races, religions, disabilities and I treat each person the same. We all deserve dignity and respect regardless of our situation. I am a seasoned caregiver with 20+ years experience. I have worked as an LPN in all areas of care- Hospital med/surg. OB/NSY, ICU, E.R. Also many years as charge nurse in nursing homes.
