Hello, I began my caregiving experience in 2009 working at Alternative Opportunities, Inc. located in Springfield, MO as an in-home caregiver for mentally and physically handicapped adults. This included meal prep, observational bathing, light housework, medication administration, and charting/ documentation. In 2010 I had the opportunity to provide hospice support for my great-grandmother in Ava, MO as she neared the end of her life. I primarily provided companionship and medication administration. In 2012 I provided support as an observational sitter when my grandmother entered an induced coma for aneurysm care in a Las Vegas, NV hospital. Throughout these experiences, I have learned how to provide care by being observant, respectful, diplomatic, confidential, and reliable. My personal motto is that all God's children deserve love and care.

As a caregiver I am attentive and responsive to situations in a timely manner . I provide constant and consistent attention , even if the patient doesn't or is unable to communicate. I am patient , very detail oriented , compassionate and cooperative . I enjoy working with people to where you have one-on-one interaction with others . I love making differences in someone else's life , learning from senior family members , and more than anything ; I value companionship .
