What first attracted me to caregiving was seeing how much of a difference kindness and support can make in someone's life. I have helped care for a child with disabilities and a feeding tube alongside my mom through at-home care, where we made sure they were safe and received immediate help if needed. I have also helped my grandmother with bathing patients, changing them, making sure medications were given on time, and simply being there for emotional support and comfort.
