I am seasoned Healthcare professional, with over 21 years of nursing experience. Over the years I have developed various skills in home health and senior care through our client centered home health program. I love people and seek to empower them to achieve and maintain quality of life through the observation of health seeking behaviors.

I know how to balance empathy and caring in such a way that as I care for the body, the mind and soul feels cared for as well giving a sense of comfort in knowing everything's going to be alright and they feel safe and secure. The thing that attracted me to being a care giver is, I like to "Help" people. I'm interested in the wisdom an elderly person has. I enjoy being a caregiver because helping others puts a smile on their face knowing they are safe and secure in my care at maybe their most vulnerable state. One personal achievement I am proud of is being excepted into the 2019 Strathmore's Worldwide Who's Who in my occupation as a Health Care provider. I have 15 years prior experience as a NA11. I've worked in agencies with Home Health and Hospice and in a skilled nursing facility. I have experience with every aspect that it takes to care for your loved one with over 20yrs. In all. The one thing that makes me a great care giver is I listen to their needs not my agenda and I love what I do.

I am a great caregiver because I am compassionate , kind and love what I do. I have been a caregiver for the last 20 years. My mother motivated me to get in this field ,as she had been diagnosed with lung cancer at the age of 65. Unfortunately she passed away at 67 , which will be 20 years this October. I love working with the elderly. I have had some great experiences through the years of my career. Looking forward to many more. I am now in school on line to get my Associate of Science degree in Allied health.

I am a great caregiver because I am attentive, loving, cheerful and easy to talk to. I have worked with a Dementia patient for over 5 yrs. A lot of experience in transporting clients. What attracted me to caregiving was the first time I was asked to go shopping for an elderly lady & sat and talked with her for a while. It really blessed me to see what it meant for her to have company & someone to talk to. What I enjoy most about caregiving is putting a little happiness or a bright spot in an elderly person's life.
