My personality trait is every day wherever I go throughout the day how can I help someone. My joy is helping people in anyway I can. That this individual was being taken care of to the best of my ability. What is a personal achievement you are proud of? To be my mother's caregiver working side-by-side with the doctors sorting her medication daily. To control her illnesses such as her A1c for diabetes, weight, mental illness, asthma, and COPD. My mother was able to have a longer and healthier life until her passing.

I enjoy dedicating my time to my community and serve those who are in need. what I enjoy most about being a caregiver is putting smiles on faces and knowing that I did everything I could for them. I have a lot of patience. I've been told I'm compassionate, trustworthy, responsible, and loving.

My name is James Griffith, I am 25 years old. New to El Paso but so far I love it here. I was a caregiver back in Colorado Springs I worked 2nd and 3rd shift. 2nd shift was Assisted Living then 3rd shift was a mix of over night calls from assisted living and Memory care. I had gotten into caregiving because my Mom was actually a Nurses Assistant at the facility I ended up working at.
