My name is Michelle. I have enjoyed the last two years of training and caregiving experience with the elderly. I have worked specifically in an assisted living environment, where I managed the home with 5 care residents per one caregiver. Additionally, I have worked in homes with 10 residents per two caregivers. In each home, I have been able to individualize the care to each person, as their needs may be. I feel that those with disabilities have the biggest hearts and offer the greatest learning opportunities. Many.people are quick to judge these people instead of taking the chance to really get to know them. I think they would offer you the world if they had it to give. I enjoy watching them grow and helping them in the areas in which they may struggle. I enjoy joy helping others and have a big heart. I have always been one to help those who need it. I am currently going to school to become an RN and eventually want to work with children with cancer at St. Judes.

Myself knowing what the feeling is needing things and having someone , and more people the knowing somebody cares so much about people that the person goes so far to do and give so much work put forth into their needs it's unbelievably becomes who you are me being a caregiver means alot. I can do so much preferably how people are before they need caregiving. Independence taught me how to care to other people . It's more explainable in person . I'm not fake. I don't steal. I've been woken up and I need to be eating and cleaning body and showing attention and affection and the gift called giving back . There's a time in life and you ask for somebody to be in your home to help its expected to help with what's asked it's the job it's expected do what asked . Im very nice. Not a liar. I'm not what people say I am I do take pride . I don't like being negated into pressure or too too rushed in a I know I have a second but not when we or I'm not safe getting the job done . I care for safety measures will do what's asked . I don't force anyone to feel guilty -or ungood. Very I can please a family with tons of care more than alot of people . I have been a caregiver to children for over 15 years. I recently obtained my nursing assistant certification, and have had experience working in a prestigious, skilled nursing facility. My passion is to care for people, specifically the senior citizen generation.
