What is a personal achievement you are proud of ? I start working with my great grandmother and I see the I start loving what I'm doing with out going to college because that is something that comes from your heart . What attracted you to being a caregiver? The love of the old people I love working with them. What do you enjoy most about being a caregiver? That it's a great job and you can learn more to take care everyone.

I'm very reliable quiet & honest person I'm also very organized and I love meeting and helping people out especially when they need the help. I have been a CNA for over 30+ years. I love working with the elderly. I love to hear their life stories and seeing them smile as they reminisce of the days of old. A personal achievement I am proud of , I'm a mother of 5 and a grandmother of 17.

I love taking care of people ive been doing it since middle school i started then taking care of my mom.its now been 15 years and im also cpr,basic life support certified ive been a cna for 15 years and it makes me happy when i know they are well taken care of.

I am 34 years old I have 10 years of experience of taking care of elderly people. I worked at the same nursing home for 10 years I work at a nursing home for 10 years the same nursing home. Have a lot of experience with long-term care Short Term Care. I've also worked in physical therapy. I really enjoy taking care of people I took care of my grandmother with dementia all the way until the day she passed away. As have experience in hospice care. I really enjoyed taking care of people. I take pride in my work in the care that I give I'm very compassionate and loving and I'm always about their needs and there family needs.

I am energetic, have a huge heart. I'm always trying to find ways to help other people no matter the situation. I love hearing back stories on clients that's I have cared for, they always tell them perfectly! When my grandmother got sick in 2013 with stage 4 lung cancer I quit my job and took care of her until she went on hospice in her home, in 2014. I knew exactly what I wanted to do with my life and that was to be a nurse one day! My biggest achievement is when I went to LPN school, although I withdrew in February of 2019 the knowledge and experience I gained is not forgotten. I was going into my second clinical rotation when I caught the flu and missed 23 clock hours! I had an hour left until next semester which was 3 months away! I had no choice to withdraw, but I will become a nurse, it's my passion!

Hi, I am a middle aged woman who has worked in the health care field for many years. I really love taking care of people, and helping them feel better. I especially love the elderly, I love just setting and talking , there is so much to learn from them. I am a very kind and patient person , I am easy to talk to and a great listener!

My whole life my gift is nurturing older adults , help them to stay at home where they love to be, I love to listen to the stories they tell and about there life.

Let me start by writing about what I know. No matter how much excellent medical and/or psychological care and loving support a person may receive, the person who is facing challenges inevitably feels fragile and experiences a crisis of confidence. Total care only begins at the bedside. The whole environment becomes part of the treatment plan, with a goal of encouraging the person remain engaged in the day to day decisions and activities that govern his or her life. The next thing I know is that, regardless of how smart I think I am, that person with challenges has his or her own agenda and will put every effort into achieving those goals. This deserves great respect. This requires negotiation. This requires a sense of humor. This requires open minds. This is what I know. And since every situation is different, there is no cookie cutter big enough to consider all the possibilities for care and support. Every case depends on intelligent decisions, patience, and cooperation. All laced with healthy doses of kindness.
