Welcoming you with warm wishes. Just wanted to share alittle about me. I'm 34 yrs old. I've worked since age 14yrs. My mom was a single mom raising 3 kids. I enjoyed working hard and I have always been a giving hearted person. I remember I used to get my paychecks an was so excited I was able to but my mom dinner from a days hard of work. I was first introduced to an entry level position in the State of Kansas as a Residential Trainer for people who face physical and mental challenges and I did that for 3 years. It was so rewarding. Very hard work but I have always been very open to learning new things and I enjoy challenges. If we stay in where were comfortable. The you limit yourself from learning and doing what you can to be the hands and feet for Gods kingdom. After doing that for 3 yrs I decided to get my nurses aide license and doing that for so many years has been such a wonderful opportunity. I absolutely love my elders and I AM THE VOICE WHO SPEAKS UP FOR THEM. I believe that there is way too many people shoved in a room with a facility that lacks sufficient staffing to give the residents attention to give them the essentials like a regular bath and hygiene and clothes put on. I've seen too much of the THE BAD AND THE UGLY in institutions and to me that's NO WAY for anyone to live or spend there retirement in. I love talking and sharing stories, praying, I enjoy providing exceptional care to all clients I come in contact. I'm very friendly. My passion in life is people going above and beyond the call of duty. I'm flexible and reliable as I dont have any kids. Just 3 sweet dogs. I relocated to West Virginia to take care of my grandmother. She recently passed at 98 and am proud that all but the last few months she was able to remain in her own home.

I enjoy helping/caring for people! I helped take care of my mother once she fell and broke her back. I had to teach her to walk again and help teach other things. I love to see them happy and smiling and just knowing i can build a special bond with them! Being able to have this opportunity in helping other people enjoy life and becoming like family to them

Hi there! My name is Jordan Hochstetler. I am 20 years old and currently in a gap year of school. About 4 months ago my grandpa passed away from lung cancer. Taking care of him has opened my heart to want to help others who are sick or others who need assisting. I just want to give back and serve the people in my community.

I became a care giver to have an opportunity to personally make someone's life easier. I enjoy traveling with my clients to different events to allow them to stay as active as medically possible in their community and I enjoy cooking for my clients. I have been an STNA (state tested nursing assistant) since February of 2016. I received my training in Millersburg, OH. I am currently CPR and first aid certified in the state of Ohio. I have extensive long term care experience (3 years) as well as palliative care during end of life and alzheimer's/dementia care.
