I feel my greatest accomplishment is when I work with someone who felt hopeless and No one cares or there a burden and I make them feel like there completeting me. I love being a caregiver/CNA. I've been a CNA for over 25 years. It gives me alot of pleasure taking care of the elderly. I'm a very caring & compassionate person. The reason why I started becoming a caregiver was because my brother just got diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I used to take care of him before he went into the nursing home. I'm very hard working & enjoy listening to my clients history, for example where they are from & what they used to do for a living. I would treat your loved one like I would my own with up most respect. I really enjoy getting to know my clients & I feel like they are part of my family. If I can make them smile & laugh then I know I'm doing my job because some of my clients don't have much family or friends & they get very lonely & depressed. My personal achievement is taking care of sick & elderly patients.

I love being a Caregiver because I have a passion for putting others first. Seeing someone with an intellectual disability able to lead a happy, safe and fulfilling life is enough to make it all worthwhile. In essence, it's about making small changes to your everyday life to make major beneficial changes to someone with an intellectual disability. Seeing them respond to their new environment - and the care and love that shapes it - provokes a feeling that must be experienced to be believed. And there's simply no reward quite like watching the smile emerge and hearing their laughter. I've being a caregiver for more then 10 years now. I used to volunteer for nursing home and other activity when I was in the age of 19 so that's how i was encouraged to become a caregiver. I love to socialize,read, swim,meet new people and play sports.

Helping people is something I've always loved doing, and knowing that you've made even one person's day better by doing so is what gives me satisfaction. I helped care for my great grandpap when he started getting really sick and it just took off from there.

I'm a caregiver who is honest dependable never late for work, I love what I do I take passion in caring for my clients. I have been a care giver for 37 years. I became interested in being a caregiver when a lady ask me for help she told me that she was not able to bathe herself. which I did help her and did not take any money from her she thanked me. So after that I assisted her with her care when I could and helped her to find more help. that is when I decided that this is what I wanted to do. I like seeing their faces when they get the help that they need just seeing that smile on their face is priceless. My personal achievement that I'm so proud of. I worked with this lady who wanted to work part time I found her a job which she had to volunteer for a week to see if she was able to do the work. I assisted her showing her what she needed to do. after 3 days she was offered the job I was so proud of her. she worked part time at the job and later was offered a supervisory position.

Hello I am a very compassionate, caring woman. I became a caregiver many years ago for the look in someone's eyes when you have truly helped them weather it was helping in bathing or a cup of coffee, my grandma had Alzheimer's and I was privileged enough to be one of the many great people who where able to care for her. I am a dependable, punctual individual who works great as a team and also wonderfully independently.
