I have known since I was a child that becoming a caregiver was important to me, as I got older I knew it was a part of me! To be able to help just one person maintain quality of living or exceed they're expectations of they're quality of life is both what Ive strived for and put my heart into from the beginning of my career . My mother and father both were CNA's and worked in nursing facilities until they retired, 3 of my aunts and 2 of my uncles also were caregivers, Caregiving has always been my passion. I have been in the healthcare system for 20+ years working as a CNA & Personal home health Aid. I started as a CNA working in nursing/facility)when I was 16 years old. Then I started working in their homes one on one, I'm very passionate about being a caregiver it is an important part of who I am as an individual! I feel every person has their own individual needs, I have enjoyed working with each and in their own homes to meet their own personal needs. I've enjoyed this so well that I've not went back to working in a facility based environment since, being a caregiver is a part of me and who I am.

I sat out years ago to be a buisness professional and years later found my calling in Healthcare. My job is not just a job to me, it is my passion of caring for others. I began caring for my grandmother whom had broke both of her legs when I was 12 yrs old. I have always had a huge heart for older people and the privilege of caring for them now as a career is a true blessing. I love to hear stories of their past and learning them individually. Caregiving to me, is like being blessed with many extra family's!

Hello! My name is John Steele. I am a very loving, caring person with a real heart for serving and helping others. I have always had a special interest in caregiving because of my involvement in helping to care for my wife's 90 year old grandmother when she came to live with us, caregiving for a friend's father while his wife was recovering in the nursing home from hip surgery, and then caring for both of my parents as they began to experience issues related to aging and needing extra help. The thing that I enjoy most about caregiving is the feeling of accomplishment when a task is complete, knowing that I was instrumental in helping accomplish it. On a personal note, a verse from Scripture that drives me is where Jesus says "as much as ye have done to the least of these, ye have done it unto me." I am able to serve and honor the Lord as I serve an honor a family I am assisting. I can't think of any personal achievements that I am proud of right at the moment. I always felt like my caring, companionship and positive attitude as I was serving gave me a real joy.

Hello, my name is Toni Senecal. I am a mother of 5, 2 boys and 3 girls. I am from Cincinnati Ohio currently living in Dunlap Tennessee. I graduated from Oak Hills high school in 2013. I studied at the Academy Of Allied Health for the medical assistant program in 2022 I am married to the love of my life this year makes 10 years My hobbies are going to the beach, getting out on the boat, playing football and softball with my babies and husband. We spend most of our nights under the football lights or softball lights. I love working with elderly people I've always had a passion Healthcare field, my plans, are when my youngest turns 10 to go back into nursing school.

I have done this before. I found it very fulfilling and made me very happy, to help those who needed my help. Felt great to meet new people an see their stories. I help take care of my father on my off time he has early onset dementia. And has survived 4 strokes. I am happily married with 5 children.

I enjoy making others happy especially ones that don't feel like they have much to live for or feel they don't have many people who care for them. My mom has worked In caregiving my entire life and not only was she very attached to her patients some of them I grew to love just as much. Helping people makes me happy. Everyone has always told me I look for other people's happiness above my own and to an extent that is very true.

I originally had set out to have a career in business and went to college for business ...I started to notice I was happy taking care of others making sure they are ok and have everything they need seeing a smile from someone makes it worth it at the end of the day. My mother had MS and I took on the role as a caregiver for her and am good at it. I love this occupation and hope to further my skills in the future
