Hello! My name is Beth. I am 37 years old & the mother to 2 boys (19 & 8). Throughout my entire life I have been referred to as an "old soul", often relating to & befriending folks over 60. I have always cherished what their generation has to share & what they've given to us. Listening to them recall their past & share advice is honestly the most rewarding bonus about being a caregiver! I have experience working w/ the Hoyer lift & wheelchair (both manual & electric). I do my best to get clients up & around, keeping their blood flowing and muscles strong. Hi I'm sara, I'm 25 years old with a strong and motivated mindset. I am always coming up with creative ways to put a smile on my clients faces! Keeping their spirits high has always made a positive impact on them. I started out as a student at a small facility in malakoff tx, I got certified almost 3 years ago and learned quite a bit becoming a CNA. I believe one of the reasons I am a great caregiver is because I take my time, encourage and follow safety protocols when working with the clients. I keep it professional and I know how to keep what could seem like a bad day a great day! I have worked in nursing homes, hospitals, home healthcare and hospice. I became a caregiver because I have always enjoyed helping people and find it rewarding. What I like about being a caregiver is knowing that I can make a difference in someone's life and the lasting relationships I build with those I care for. I grew up under the wing of a great South African occupational therapist. Homehealth was my mom's passion. Through the years I learned so much from my mother. With guidance and strength we can cure our body and mind. I believe in a healthy holistic lifestyle. We are what we eat. I'm a 500hr certified Yoga teacher. I continue my studies about the human body and ways to heal and have less stress. Mindfulness is key. Yoga teach us to have self-control and self-discipline. Be kind to others, love each other deeply, be humble, trustworthy and have cleanliness. To be still and breathe. I love garden, my most favorite thing in the world to do. I love animals. I love to serve and help our precious elderly in the golden age on their spiritual journey to their next life. I enjoy their friendship, wisdom and company.

I like being a caregiver because I get to help others that need it. It makes me feel good to makes a difference. I love my own grandmother and love to help her with her needs. I help her cook and clean her house twice a month. I am a mother and do housefly duties everyday. This is the perfect job for me.

I wanted to help people with Alzheimer's disease ,my step dad just past away he had Parkinson's disease and I decided to help people to help fight the end of Alzheimer's disease. I pay attention to the people and try to be in their world do the things and activities they like to do. Have 12 years experience as a care giver and in training in Alzheimer's disease. Have knowledge in taking Blood pressure and Blood sugar been RN delegated by a nurse. I like gardening with them and doing activities that help them with their brain activity Taking walks playing games or puzzles .
