This work is very rewarding for me because I not only FEEL like I make a difference in my clients lives, but, it also shows by the smiles on the faces of them and their families. I not only assist with daily living activities and house keeping, but I also provide companionship and support. I have the ability to fit in just like a member of the family most times and it is very important to me that my clients feel respected and safe and loved. Each day will begin with a huge smile and a quick sit down visit and conversation that hopefully includes some laughs and more smiles and when the day is done I will give a round of hugs and more smiles until my next visit. I like making a difference in people's lives and strive to ensure that my clients never feel lonely or unsafe. It is so rewarding to lend a hand to someone that needs help.
