My name is Tanner Russon, I have grown up in Utah and absolutely love the people and environment here. I'm an optimistic caregiver with an emergency medical technician and basic life support/CPR certification. I love meeting new people and doing all that I can to make their life enjoyable and more comfortable. My favorite part of being a care giver is know my daily efforts are making a difference in at least one individuals life. I'm currently studying nursing to purse my deep love and passion of overall health and wellness.

I never intended to become a caregiver. I fell into the position through a friend's connection and discovered that I absolutely love it (and I am amazing at it!) I am a trained and skilled healthcare provider with a background in biomechanics and rehabilitation. I have reliable transportation, am intelligent and good at managing schedules and appointments, and I have a cheerful, fun personality. I am responsible, reliable and mature. As a caregiver, I have found it incredibly rewarding to insert myself into a home that was struggling just to get by day to day, and help bring order and flow. Watching the progress my patient has made over the past few months is one of the most rewarding experience of my life. When I can see that other's lives are better because of me, it warms my soul. I am proud that I have nearly worked myself out of a job. My current position is with a recovering stroke patient. When I first started working with him, he needed help simply getting from his chair into his wheelchair. Now he is walking unassisted, dressing himself, and toileting alone. I love this family, but my days there are numbered (in a good way!).

I'm a big sister to 7 siblings , a daughter and a mother. I once owned and operated a restaurant in Las Vegas and am quite competent in the kitchen! I show my love for others via my cuisine and enjoy watching eyes light up when tasting my food. I'm also a licensed medical aesthetician so skin disorders are handled professionally. Having spent many years in a medical practice, I'm quite capable of recognizing symptoms out of the ordinary and will handle appropriately and professionally. I find sharing kindness and love with our elderly makes me happy and what's wrong with sharing a little love in the world for those who have gone before us? I hope I will have someone like me when it's my turn so I try to pay it forward.

I i started that kind of job when my mom have strokes two time n it's really bad.n only me not work that time.i move take care my mom cleaning take her shower cook n cleaning take her outside feat her.turn her every time excercise her.change her diaper.for 5yrs then she pass away,then i take care my dad do the same thing to my dad for 3 years my dad pass away.for that moment i like to do the same thing to everyone they need help.everytime when you I m do the other people i click to my mine my parents n i need to do the same thing i feel that my mom n my dad i have more love respect n treat them good n make them happy.that y i like to do that kind of job the love that have.to my parents i need to share other people.

I started volunteering at a local rehabilitation senior center a few years ago and since then I realized I love helping our elders and individuals that need assistance! Growing up as an Asian Pacific Islander, our parents have always instilled in us to respect and care for our elders even if there not family and this has stuck with me and not only is it in our nature it is our duty as younger generation to care for our elders , so this is very important to me and also the reason I love and enjoy working as a care giver! After the senior center, I started working for an elderly couple with Alzheimer's and dementia, this was new to me but I have learned so much from them and will be able to help and understand others living with Alzheimer's and/ or dementia...
