I retired in 2014 from Ultrasound. I have been in the medical field for over 40 years and have had many duties through those years. I started and a Radiologic Technologist then became a Medical Diagnostic Sonographer. From there I was Director of Radiology for 9 years. I started back in Ultrasound and retired from there. My original profession is very physically demanding and I can't work a 40 hour week at the pace required. I would like to help elderly or disabled persons to maintain a normal lifestyle. I am a well rounded person, don't smoke or drink and am a devout Christian.

I am also proficient with health disorders such as diabetes and hypertension. I have experience with PEG tubes, ostomies, and Foley catheters I have been a member of the volunteer fire department for some time and able to remain calm in stressful situations. I also have experience as an EMT. I love to help people in need and this is what drove me to becoming a caregiver.
