I am 27 years old. I have 9 years of Caregiving and medication administration experience. I currently am working in an assisted living as a clinical specialist in infectious control of diseases and prevention. I have been caring for elderly, and people with disabilities since I was a little girl. My mom ran an adult family home, so I always had a bond with working with people. I have worked in skilled nursing, memory care, assisted living and Hospice. I am compassionate, organized, responsible, and reliable. I belong in this field because I want to improve the quality of life for the seniors and others in our community.

I love taking care of people. I was born in American Samoa, learned how to cook at an early age. Love cooking, cleaning, organizing and being around people. I love being a caregiver because it makes me happy. Helping others is very enjoyable and rewarding to me. Making a difference in someone else life is important.

I bring over 25 years experience caring for seniors with compassion and focus on the whole person. Providing quality of life and working as a team member with the rest of the care team are some of my priorities. I am passionate about caring for seniors.

I first started with caregiving for my dad 17 years ago when he was diagnosed with heart failure. After caring for him, I realized it is my passion to be there for others and give them care when it is needed most. It is a rewarding feeling for me. Since then, I have been providing care for others and truly enjoy it. I have been fortunate to meet wonderful people and always look forward to continue doing what I love.

I am a great caregiver because I take care of the client I show up with a smile,a good attitude& ready to work. I became a caregiver not on purpose but I am 10 plus years in the field I love helping the elderly and anyone who needs help. I've been recognized and complimented by clients to my supervisors on what great work I do.

I have taken care of anyone that has needed it to the best of my ability, ever since I can remember. I do it because it is my calling. I have done other things for work, but always come back to caregiving, because it's in my heart. We are all you going to need help one day, but for now it is my turn to help someone have a quality of life.

I love taking care of people and helping families with their day to day needs with their loved ones. I have over 20 years of experience working in the medical field with both seniors and developmentally challenged individuals in their homes and in care home settings. I have over 5 years of hospice experience and handle each individual with the same love and compassion as I would for one of my family members. Caring for others enriches my life and the ones I'm caring for. I look forward to the smiles everyday and I take pride in the little things that make them feel comfortable while being cared for by someone who's not family.

I'm a very caring and energetic woman of God. I have always loved helping others while also advancing my knowledge in the health field. I followed in my mother's footsteps as she became a CNA, AED, and now an ED. As a caregiver for 9 years, I've come to enjoy helping my clients live their best lives while encouraging as much independent care as possible to eliminate doubts of self worth. I'm proud of all of the knowledge I have gained in the health field. I have learned about many diseases, disorders, and medications through my jobs and schooling. I'm proud of myself for saving a man's life through performing CPR on him for 10 minutes before the ambulance arrived. But most importantly, I've always been told by clients, friends, family, and even strangers, that they can't help but be happy, smile, and laugh around me. That brings me so much joy and pushes me to better myself in life. My career has been so rewarding and I can't wait to continue to help more people in need!
