I have been a certified nursing assistant for 17 years? I am excellent at caring for others. Helping individuals whom have been injured or those who are disabled or ailing is my passion. I enjoy caring for everyone, but the elderly hold a special place in my heart. Listening to them reminisce about the things they did when they were younger is one of my favorite things. They may not remember what they ate for breakfast, but watching their eyes light up when they tell me about a first love, a best friend from school or anything from their younger days fills my heart with joy. I've always had a passion for helping others. I have been in the health care field for about 7 years now and I started on the administrative side. I had a zeal to do more. I soon began a career in dialysis as a Certified Dialysis Technician. My patients are like family to me. I make a conscious effort everyday to make sure they are better before they leave treatment. I know a lot of their struggles and it encouraged me to start my own Private In-Home Care business. I count it a blessing to be able to serve others, while leaving their family members with a peace of mind.

I became a caregiver in 2010 to make sure that people in their home got quality care and I enjoy taking care of people in the home I used to volunteer in nursing homes and watched them getting mistreated also think that if they could stay in their home in good quality care as they tend to get better quicker and be happier. I am most proud of getting my CNA license and working on my Rs I'm a hard worker I enjoy what I do and I'm a good hearted person.

I've worked in home health for 8 years and one thing I've found is you have to get down to their level as far as personality. My grandmother was a CNA in the hospital and ive always said I want to be a nurse. Seeing a smile on my patient's face or alook that that feel better but can't say it or the feeling of going home after work km knowing you helped somebody is all the enj ok payment in the world. My personal achievement is becoming a CNA and working in the hospital I really learned a lot in the hispital.

I like to make a clients day better no matter what it takes. I want to be able to make their like just a little better. What attracted me to do this work was seeing how I can help someone, what can I do make their life a little more comfortable. It brings me joy to see clients feel better after giving them care and making their situation a little more bearable in their time of discomfort. I was working at a assistant living facility and they ask me to be night supervisor. They recognized my skills and asked if I was interested in the position. I was honored to take the position. I was always complemented on how I handle stressful situations.
