I've worked in health care for nearing 20+ years (I started working at a young age) doing everything from private pay in home care, being a CNA in multiple skilled nursing facilities in the north state, patient monitoring in a 5* hospital, being a resident aide in a locked memory care unit, a med tech for a near 200 bed assisted living facility (ALF) to running two separate 6 bed ALFs specializing in dementia care.
