I was raised up caring for people beginning in my own family. At the nudging of my mother, I became an LVN in 1985. After the passing of my father, I neglected to keep my LVN license current but remained in the field of caring. I enjoy helping others accomplish their day as well as family members observing positive change in a homebound loved one. I have a long history in caring which include but not limited to, psych care, dementia, hearing and vision impairment, physical disabilities and so on. I take my work seriously and respect individuals for who they are as well as what they may be going through.

Hello, First I'd like to share a few things about my experiences as a CNA/caregiver. I have always been a nurturing person first as a child and continuing through adulthood, It brings me great pleasure to help everyone I can. I started my career in 1993 by attending a State licensed class and being state certified to work as such. I have continued my education for 28 years now and I am told I bring great skill set to many homes and individuals. I have worked as a CNA in Hospitals, Home Health, Physical Rehabilitation Centers, Nursing Homes and Private Duty Requests. I enjoy them all. I've worked with Hospice,Alzheimer's, dementia, diabetes, strokes, obesity, bed bound clients such a paraplegic and quadriplegic, ALS clients, PTSD clients, schizophrenia clients, post surgical and more. I offer help with ADLs, showers, bed baths, exercise, meal preparation, vital sign checks, medication reminders, doctor appointments, and more.

Some of my personality traits are I am very outgoing very calm and collective I am caring diligent very trustworthy and Experience when it comes to taking care of others. What attracts me to being a caregiver is knowing that there is always someone there for another person and being able to create such beautiful bonds that no others have been able to experience. I enjoy the bonds the laughs and the memories being made as I go along with being someone's caregiver. And achievement that I am very proud of is being able to take care of others as well as taking care of myself and my 2 children at the same time being able to juggle many things and still holding my head very high and confidence And continuing on no matter the situation.

I am a very compassionate person who loves what I do. I've been certified since 2011. After losing My Son to an unfortunate accident, it made my drive for caring, helping and loving others stronger. I mostly enjoy the reward of knowing that in my heart that I made a difference in someone else's life. I take pride in what I do and I'm not afraid of working.
