At the age of 48, my husband of 20 years was diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer. I devoted my every waking moment to his care and comfort. Unfortunately, we lost the battle but not before giving him 18 months more than the doctors predicted. The last years of our life should be made as comfortable as possible. In addition, I became certified with the State of Ohio to work with developmentally disabled adults & children. I have worked in both school, & home settings.
