Provide direct care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. Set up and operate hemodialysis machines to provide dialysis treatment to patients with kidney failure. Take and record patients weight, blood pressure, temperature, pulse and respiration rate. Clean area where patients access is located, insert needles and connect to machine to begin the cleansing process. Monitor and assist patients.

Personnel/Commanders Support Staff Advise Officers and Airman on military personnel issues and programs. Create, maintain and audit personnel records. Prepare Orders and complete CSS administrative task as needed. Schedule meetings, travel and lodging. Conduct in/out processing. Complete UTAPS (pay and attendance report) by the end of the UTA. Answer phone calls, file and purge documents. Conduct/Assist with Unit Training and Safety Briefings

Provides supervision to the Preventive Health administrative staff to include counseling, Planning Stage, EPDP, position descriptions, plans of supervision and progressive discipline as needed. Interview qualifying administrative candidates. Train current administrative staff and newcomers in Preventive Health/ Immunizations. Perform all Administrative duties in support of Preventive Health, Immunizations, Medical Records and TB services. Bill Medicaid, Private Pay and other 3rd party billing systems. Assist at other Region 7 Health Clinics. Initiate and code medical records. Ensure official documents are placed in chart order. Utilize program data systems and email. Submit PCAS and SCEIS(work hours) for employees. Process payroll data. Print cash drawer totals daily and submit monthly reports. Collect and deposit payments, provide quality customer service and maintain client confidentiality. Complete travel vouchers, Submit end of the month reports. Answer calls, file and schedule appointments. Maintain office equipment, order office supplies, monitor and log state vehicle maintenance. (Point of contact to all outside vendors) Participate in emergency or major disaster to expedite services to the public.
