With over 5 years in the In Home Care giving field, I have receive pretty high marks from my patients and their families. I listen to my patients and provide service that they ask of me. If the family request changes, I will talk it over with my supervisor and make the changes as the family request. My personality seems to go well with each patient I have assist. When I am not able to make it to my patients, they would rather not have anyone else for that day, because of the closeness we have. I enjoy working with patients, being an ear for them to talk to, making them smile.
