I am a hard-working, attentive, compassionate, and conscientious caregiver, and have found helping seniors to be very rewarding. I was privileged to work for a family for the past 8+ years, providing care and support to my employer's wife as she battled Alzheimer's Disease. I provided supervision and companionship, assisted with all ADL's and as the disease advanced, provided end of life care when she became bedridden. It was a very slow, sad journey for her (and her family and caregivers), but I consider myself blessed to have been a part of her caregiving team!
