My name is Michaelann, from Marlette, Mi. I am CPR/ first aide certified and have completed my CNA courses. I would love to be a caregiver for any age group, I love to help and spend time with other people when they are in need.

I have worked as a Caregiver over 20years, doing Home Healthcare, Foster Care and in Skilled Nursing Facilities. I have experience with children as well as adults and elderly with Autism, Alzheimers, Dementia, Hypertension, Diabetes, Asthma and too many others to name. Priding myself apon three basic principles; Always be honest, (it is the best policy,) treat others as you want to be treated,(with compassion and understanding,) and always respect other people's wishes, choices, and dignity, ( little respect goes a long way). Taking care of others is such a rewarding career choice. Over the years I've often said I didn't decide to be a caregiver I was born to be one! It is part of me and just who I am. My mother says I've been mending broken wings and bringing home strays since I could walk. I am a highly skilled Certified Nurse Aide with excellent references seeking a position in which i can utilize my skills and experience. Having skills in self direction as well as the ability to be self reflective coupled with strong values and morals I feel sets my quality of care above the rest.
