Hello I have been a caregiver on and off since 2010 and have been doing it consistently the last 4-5 years. I absolutely love being able to help anyone. It's my passion and I absolutely love doing what I do. I have children and I love being there for them and helping them along the way and I feel that helps me do my job better and with love. We moved from California in 2021 and we love it here in NWA. I can't wait to learn more about NWA and the families I'll be able to help.

I'm 27 I have a special needs brother

I have been doing in home senior care for 2+ years. With a local company. I care for my Mother on all post-op situations. I also give her support care weekly. I have just completed the AR CNA course testing out at: 100%+5 written, and 99% clinical. I will test with the state soon. I am out going.l, Self- motivated, and am a stickler for the rules and proceedires. I am most proud of my ability to connect with and advocate for residents/clients.

First off I am a huge hearted person! I don't need many strangers and my love for other individuals shines Bright through everything that I do. I'm very detail oriented and always willing to jump in and learn something new do what it takes to complete the task at hand as thoroughly and as efficiently as possible. And being a caregiver has been something that I have done most of my life my mother worked in the medical field and started in respiratory and moved into her MD license and so growing up in that type of environment it was just something that came naturally to me. Being a caregiver is just an extension of my family basically, is what that means is that I take those that I'm providing care for and love them and care for them just as much as I would is if they were a member of my family. What I love most about being a caregiver is simply that I am able to help somebody in need and not for me is the most rewarding feeling that I could receive from the position.

Caregiving is just in my nature. I moved from Colorado to Arkansas to care for my cousin who was in desperate need of care. I went to the Schmieding Center in Springdale for training, which is supposed to be the best school in the country at one point in time. That schooling made me much better at caring for the needs of others. I love to feel genuinely appreciated. Nothing gives me greater self-worth than knowing I'm helping someone who needs it. I'm always very happy when others notice and compliment me on the work I do!
