I AM Kind and Very compassionate! I have been caregiving most of my life. The age of 2 8 and now I'm 51 My 1st.(and I remember all of them) this one was most special to me. James Waiters. He was a C-4 Quad. Most difficult but most rewarding. You'd have to have known him to inderstand how special. He also was why I got back into it in resent yrs. As he struggled with Bladder cancer. Between his sister and I between 2017 and 2018 we made sure no matter what hospital he was at all right Randy Santa Barbara us see that he had constant care between her and I one week on one week off. Neither one of us got paid or was in it to be paid. We wanted to make sure he had constant care as a C4 quad needs! Sadly we lost him 2018.

I've been a care giver for about 10 years now ever since I moved here to help my grandmother after her bypass heart surgery. Taking care of her definitely sparked something in me and I knew that I was meant for the medical field. Since then I've worked with about 100 families from private care to agencies &I also nursing home settings . I have taken care of many people with conditions such as dementia and Alzheimer's, cancer , stroke, arthritis. Etc. I have also done companion services & light housekeeping &a cooking . I am comfortable with pets and clients who smoke, though Not a smoker myself. I am available to work around my perdiem schedule at Marian hospital in Santa Maria &I I am available most nights .
