What makes me feel great about being a caregiver is that the client is loyal,and always happy. I am tolerant,patient,humble,able to work with tough clients.I also treat the client like if he or she was like my family.I don't take anything personal.I love my job and I'm patience I'm always nice and courteous I always put their needs first before mine.

What makes me a great caregiver is my genuinely love to help and be there. I don't work this field for a paycheck. I love working this field because its who I am. What attracted me to this position as a caregiver was my grandmother. I have always taken care of her and it always made her happy. I never treated her or any of my patients as work. I genuinely loved them all and cared and treated them and looked at them as my extended family. My personality traits are huge personality, very silly when around loved ones or anytime someone is down. I can always make someone who's down smile. I have a very huge heart. I am excited to be considered for the open position of caretaker that this company has posed. Over my long career in the maintenance. My biggest achievement thus far would be me starting a mental health group at my university and letting thousands of students talk to me when things are rough. I went through depression and once I was okay I realized how many people suffer in silence and it was my duty to help bring awareness and make sure students had the resources to keep a good state of mind.In my current position, I maintain an efficient and organized work mentality as I assist in the care of several patients, dealing with mental health illnesses, chronic diseases, dementia, Alzheimer's, disabilities and etc. I have a knack for problem solving and work well independently and with little oversight. I am compassionate, outgoing, and resourceful. I am a self-starter and excel at housekeeping, engaging clients with light activities, and meal preparation. I am familiar with caregiver protocols and learn new procedures quickly. I hope to contribute to your patient care goals.

I believe what makes me a great caregiver is that I take care of all my patients as if they were my own family and make sure they are comfortable and most importantly I listen to their needs. I first became interested in health care when my mother was ill and needed care herself and realized that I had a real passion for helping others.
