I always do my best to provide too notch care. I realize that those needing help count on my to be there when they need me. I always try to go above and beyond and will offer help, even if it wasn't asked. I anticipate needs and try to connect personally so that my clients enjoy my company and not just the tasks I perform. I love helping all people and caring for others brings me joy as it is meaningful work and not just a paycheck

I became a caregiver to help those in need. I love being able to be there for my resident/patients and their families during the best and hardest times of life. I like being a caregiver because it gives me a purpose, not just a paycheck. It has been my experience that most of the clients I have been around feel that they are a burden to those around them and get depressed, so comimg in and having the attitude that I get to come in and make them feel better about themselves and make a difference in their life is one of the greatest joys in my life. I'm a dedicated, loyal, dependable mature adult and I love working with older adults and interacting with older adults. I have worked with older adults in three different veteran's clinics, including one now, and also in several assisted living and nursing homes. I have worked, volunteered, and practiced as a personal care provider, activities assistant, and patient services assistant. What has really made me proud in the past, is when a resident asks for me by name to be their sole caregiver because he/she was really pleased with the consistently outstanding service I delivered. I work full-time Monday through Friday, but I'm available on Saturday and Sunday mornings and afternoons.

I have 20 plus years experience in health Care. Was licensed as a CNA though it was lapsed. Also was trained as a medication aide and restorative aid. Quick learner and available for overnights. Detail oriented and if I don't have an answer I find one. Have 2 teenage sons. One who is a united states soldier leaving in January of 2022
