My name is Mary I've been in the medical field for about 30 plus years. I worked as a patient care technician in the hospital setting for 20 years. I worked as a medical assistant for 8 years and home health aid for 15 years. Left doctors office and hospital setting to do home health to be more personable and do one on one care. I'm certified in first aid and CPR. I'm very loyal and hardworking. I enjoy taking care of people on a one to one basis. House keeping and errands and just helping around are my forte. I like to help give companionship to people who need it.

Very strong, patient, happy person, I truly love what I do. Becoming a caregiver/nurse gave me the opportunity to make a difference in someone else's life, that is such a gift itself. We forget what life sometime is truly about and in my eyes its about being there for one another . I can multitask, very reliable and understanding

I love helping and making a positive difference in any situation I love to have conversations play games and I like to read but it makes me sleepy I will treat every client of mine as my loved one and I am dependable on time and have a sense humor as well I love to exercise and im proud to say I have patience and good way with dealing with stressful situations

I consider myself to have been in the care business for a number of years at one time owning my own in home care services and then later graduating with a master's in counseling offering other services of clinical care, and pre need services. Now I'm at a point in my life that I just want to slow down a bit, still helping, but give of my time to families who are in need of help in Care giving. Care giving is very rewarding, no matter what capacity of care giving, it gives to self worth when you can truly find the time and open your heart to someone in need.

I'm a living kind hearted person I treat all my patients like family. And with respect I'm also funny ,fun and full of life. What attracted me to caregiving is my grandmother she's older I take care of her. That's been a passion of mines since I was in high school. One thing I enjoy the most about being a caregiver is the giving part being able to help in anyway I can and making sure they're happy and satisfied with my services. One achievement I'm proud of is how long I been in this field without giving up I been working in this field since I was 15 I'm 22 today an it gets better an better every year.

I decided to pursue a career in Nursing so, that I can help make a difference in someone's life. I have 10 years of experience in the nursing field working as a HHA doing private care. I'm very reliable, honest, compassionate, and dedicated to making sure my clients are safe an have the proper care. Being able to help someone in there time of need is very humbling and reminds me to always be grateful.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I know howto make things easy for myself and my client. What attracted me to become a caregiver I love helping someone that can't help themselves. I enjoy helping out with whatever needs to be done. Personal achievement is that I've opened my own homecare servives and I'm very proud of myself

Im a caregiver because I enjoy helping others, helping others is rewarding to me. Home health is a way for the elderly to continue to live in their home and still feel comfortable in their aging years. I've been doing home health since 1994. I have a background check and CPR. I have my own car.

My attributes that I think will be helpful and positive in this field are numerous. I love the geriatric populace. I love to take care of people. I love to lend a hand whenever possible. I love to make people happy and always strive to maintain a positive attitude when the going gets tough. I have had many difficult patients, angry and rebellious attitudes to contend with and so far it has helped in the medical field. I don't find personal hygiene and tasks of a more uncomfortable description as daunting. I love a challenge and don't mind cleaning and organizing. I am accustomed to giving medications, scheduling appointments and relaying information confidentially to family members that are concerned. I have been CPR certified and Medical Assistant certified up to this past year when I stopped working to move to Florida. I have a son with respiratory issues, so am familiar with inhaled medications, antibiotics and many medicines in the oncology and family practice field. I am also certified in yoga and have taught yoga for several years specializing in medical conditions like cancer, stiffness, balance and coordination issues. I am happy to help cook and clean if needed. I am sure I could add some sunshine to your loved ones day! Every person counts and every small thing counts!
