Hello I started out watching my mother with a patient she worked with. I remember the smile he would have when she was to come around and how he felt safe with her and comfortable and watched my mom help him and was always making sure he was in good hands and happy.I was 16 at the time. So when i finished high school I wanted to do what she did. I started my First Job at Brookdale in a memory care unit as a resident care tech for 3 years and I loved it,but I couldn't get a job easy because I didn't have my CNA licences so I challenged the CNA test and passed it .After That I started working at Beach House in assisted living and in memory care as a CNA . I just love helping others. Also making them feel loved and just having someone to talk to making them happy and safe. Currently Im doing private CNA work at the patient Home.
