my personal achievement was raising 4 children that I had before the age of 21 and I survived and so did they I was a widow at the old age of 20 with 4 babies to raise, took care of a husband thet was 20 years older for nearly 30 years.

Provide patients and families with emotional support and instruction in areas such as caring for patients, preparing healthy meals, living independently, or adapting to disability or illness.
