I'm a good listener, a hard worker, I'm a deep cleaner and you can depend on me! I love being a care giver because I get along better with my elders and they are all usually very kind and sweet. One achievement that I am proud of is that I've worked at doing care giving ever since the late nineties. I've been a caregiver since I was 19 and now I'm 44. I have worked in the healthcare most of my life. I became a DSP around 2003-2004 I loved it so much that I went and got my CNA license nursing homes for a few years. But then decided to take time off to take care of my children. Not realizing that I let my CNA license expire. So I went back to the thing that I love my DSP job at Glenbrook in Vienna , where I knew and loved everyone there. But I decided to dip my hand into the cooking career got my certifications and have been doing that ever since. I am energetic and hard-working. I put my everything into what I do and their isn't anything that I can't accomplish when I put my mind to it . Cook DSP, CNA , mother , bestfriend, daughter I've pretty much live the life of a caregiver this is my life and I love every min I will continue to do for as long as I can. I truly love being a caregiver and I like to treat all clients as I would if they were my own family members. I understand at times life can get hectic but I'm here to help and offer the best care, conversations, and compassion for your loved ones when in need. I have 15 years experience as a caregiver and have dealt with dementia, alzheimer's, diabetes, wound care, given medications, taken to doctor appointments ect. 1. I decided to become a caregiver after, being employed at Greenville Regional hospital and realizing I would prefer working one on one with an individual and have the opportunity to build a closer patient/employee relationship. 2. I enjoy being able to devote my time to one patient. 3. Volunteering on a 19 day medical missionary trip to South America. 4. I am a mother of three precious children!

I feel I am a great care giver because I love to help people and build relationships with them to know how to handle situations and know what they like so I can help them to the best of my advantage.

Started volunteering for Hospice when my mom was working for them when i was about 12 yrs old. Became very close with one woman that was on and off of Hospice for years, when she was coming to the end i went and moved in with her and her daughter to help with her care. After she passed away I went to CNA classes and was determined to give everyone the same type of love and care that i gave that woman and the peace of mind i gave her daughter.

I have been a caregiver off and on for 20 years. I first got into the field as a DSP when my oldest child was born with autism so I could learn how to help him be as independent as possible. When he went to school I got my CNA and worked in nursing homes until I married and had my other children at which time I became a stay at home mom. . After my other 3 children were in school I went back to work as a Home Health Aide and DSP. My favorite part of being a caregiver is seeing the person I'm working with gain or retain skills that would be otherwise be lost or unknown.

I am a college graduate. I graduated in May of 2022 with a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education and elementary education. I am married and have 2 special needs boys. I like to crochet and read.

I am very outgoing , I love to care for people. I have ben a Cna for 23 years . I enjoy seeing the families smiling an happy knowing there family is being cared for .
