This is my 35th year as a caregiver and I believe God asked me to do as I do. I believe every single person deserves to be treated as family. One day I may need someone to take care of me and I would want the same for myself. I believe respect should be given to every person. The patients, residents, clients, I care for for are always number one. I will always do what's in their best interest. I promise always to loyal. I can promise you I do know what I'm doing and lots of others have told me that. My work shows how much I truly care. I have been noticed by families.

I am a daughter of Registered Nurse and granddaughter of an Home Caregiver, so I have always saw how great it was to assist someone in need. I have a passion for helping people and taking care of needs they may not be able to. I am currently going to school to receive my CNA license. I've also been CPR certified and Covid vaccinated.

I have been trained to provide the proper care on bathing, transportation, medicine distribution, and ext. I feel like everyone needs a little help in life and being a mother of 3 I have realized I much enjoy being a caregiver. I enjoy being a caregiver, because I love being apart of someone's life that I can help them live out thier life happy an successful. I enjoy the stories I hear. The caring of another. I'm very proud by the end of the day, week, or month that I have achieved accomplishments of a client's needs, and goals in life. Making someone time better.

I believe a personal trait that helps me be a good caregiver is that I adjust well and love being able to assist others to feel better. I had always liked helping others and started my first job as a caregiver when I was 16 and I have enjoyed it ever since. I enjoy being able to help families with their loved ones and most of all I enjoy being a caregiver and seeing the smiles and joy I can bring to someone's life and the difference I make for them. One of my personal achievements that I am proud of is always being able to adjust to being able to assist others big or small, and becoming a S.R.N.A. for 14 plus years.

Okay well my name is Nicole Bowman I'm a single mother of three I got two grown kids and a 15 year old daughter I'm a very loving happy serious when I need to be caring person sometimes I wear my heart on my sleeve don't mean to but I'm also the type that doesn't believe in cutting corners. You going to do it you do it right and to the best of your ability. So now I'll just go down the list and answer the questions, what helps me be a great caregiver, I'm very compassionate about what I do. I absolutely love taking care of people I love being the voice for the person that doesn't have one or doing things for somebody they can no longer do or nobody wants to do I was born to do this. What attracted me to being a caregiver is again it's in my DNA I love helping people I absolutely love it I love giving I love doing I just I love helping people it's I don't know how else to say it. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is I love hearing about somebody's life the stories that seen family photos getting to know the person getting a relationship with a person yeah it's got its ups and downs and you know but any job does I get in there and I do what needs to be done I don't think anything of it whether it's wiping somebody bathing them cleaning up after them cleaning the house whatever it is I take care of everybody as I would want to be taken care of if it was me.
