My name is Linda. I have 2 grown children, a cat and a dog. My background is 20 + years of working in Social Work to help people succeed and live their best lives. I have been a caregiver for the past 10 years until the couple recently passed. Basically, I Love people!!! I am an optimist and keep a positive attitude. I love to help people. I have many achievements on a professional level but feel my biggest achievement is raising 2 well adjusted children with huge hearts. They are kind and would help anybody. I love animals and plants. I grow herbs, vegetables, and lots of flowers. Additionally, my house is full of houseplants. Additionally, I am a music lover and enjoy many types of music. My family enjoys playing all types of board games and cards. Additionally, we enjoy nature, these beautiful mountains we live in, the beach, and traveling to explore new places. Photography and arts and crafts are some of my hobbies.

I've always been one to care for others. My empathetic nature makes its a natural experience. I am a detail oriented person, which I find to be necessary in this field. I decided to get my CNA as a way to exercise my abilities to be a caregiver to others. I have since begun other ventures in life, but still hold a special place in my heart for caregiving

Hi my name is Tracy, I'm a Mama of 2 and Nana of four. I became a caregiver many years ago and actually found out that this type of work was perfect for me and since then I have worked in nursing home, retirement home and took care of many, many clients in their homes. I am suitable for this type of work because I am a people person, especially the elderly, It makes my day to go in a home and at least get one smile out of a client but thru e to get laughs and many smile out of them. I go into a home and that is my number one priority is to make an everlasting impression by showing care and love from the bottom of my heart. I just recently spent a few years taking care of my father in law until he sadly passed away in November, And I'm not going to fib that was a challenge because eventually he had to have 24)7 care and we gave out home up and moved in with him, not to mention at the time was raising 3 small grandkids full time. But I would do it all over again without any hesitation. We had many wonderful memories with him that will last a lifetime.... And now being that I love to talk and do not like staying at home all day by myself I'm ready to help care for your lioved one. And now that I personally had to care for a family member I know first hand you need a break so let me help you with that.

I have extensive experience (15 years) supporting clients (male & female) with all elements of support (ambulatory, non-ambulatory, dementias and hospice). I'm dependable (never missed a day of work, including 24/7 shifts). I am in excellent health (never smoked, drank or had taken drugs), have a strong back, able to assist with lifting, current on all vaccines and TB test, drug tested, CPR/First Aide certified, no criminal record, clean DMV record and fully insured. My key mission is to provide hope, improve quality of life, preserve dignity and produce value for each client, as well as their family members. My passion is to see others thrive. I would be a good caregiver because I have helped my mom recover from different types of surgeries and know what to look for and how to help appropriately. I've also helped my father through various stages of cancer. Sometimes helping means just being there to help or smile

My experience as a caregiver has included private home care, volunteer hospice service, taking care of my own family members, and working professionally in a skilled nursing facility as an occupational therapy assistant. I love helping people reach their goals and accomplish tasks that are meaningful and important to them.

I have been in health care for over 20 years. Caring for all ages and abilities. I started as a CNA, bathing, feeding, dressing and walking. I, went back to school to become a medication aide where I passed medication and medication reminders and Range of motion assistance . I went on to train in wound care where I did wound care treatments. And on to health unit coordinator where I put in doctors orders. I love being able to help others feel more comfortable, loved and important.

With a background in counseling/psychology and dealing with people in all kind of situations it was not a big jump to get into home health and dementia. I took care of my husband who had dementia for 8 years. I also was in a support group during this time and many of the things I learned are still with me. I am a people person and enjoy meeting new people. A friend of mine was recently diagnosed with dementia and I am helping her find resources. I have also started a grief support group for spouses of dementia.
