I love caring for people, I have over15 years of experience being a caregiver. I love caring for people and assisting with improving their quality of life.

I'm very sweet and outgoing I do speak out when I know something is wrong a client. I'm also talkative and like to spend time knowing the client and making them feel comfortable with me. I love being a caregiver it just came naturally when I was a teen taking care of my dad when he was ill. I enjoy making my clients laugh and feeling very good knowing life goes on but if their having a bad day I make sure to put a smile or at least make them laugh before the my shift is over. My most achievement was getting my CNA and able to travel the USA and working in different departments of the healthcare field and working with different patients and their needs.

Growing up, I spent a lot of time with my Grandparents. While helping them with with day to day chores, and activities of living. I also learned a lot from them as well. I love taking care of the elderly. I have been doing this for over 20yrs and have experience in all fields. my best achievement was taking care of a guy with dementia, and seeing the smile on his face every day that I showed up for work. I'm 41 yrs old that truly has a passion for nursing, I'm a team player and have a loving heart for what I do. I have worked with Hospice, dementia, peds, orthopedics, icu, mental and so much more. I have two most amazing daughters that I love spending time with . I had a grandpa that had alzhmiers. That's what really got me involved with this. I also volunteer on my spare time.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I see myself as compassionate and empathetic person. I derive genuine satisfaction from helping others one-on-one or in a group setting. Honestly what attracted me to being a caregiver is that I've always had a giving personality and I like helping people. Also I have cheerful and encouraging attitude when it comes to assisting individuals who have trouble taking care of themselves and performing everyday activities. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is that I am able make a difference in someones life, I am able to build cherished memories, I am able to learn from the elderly and that I am to value companionship and build my skills. I'm most proud of the way I helped to organize my church annual toy drive fundraiser this past Christmas, making it possible for us to bring in more toys than had ever been brought in the history of the toy drive event.
