Hello My name is Loretta, Some of my personality trait or expertise that help me be a Great Caregiver are: I am a people person, enjoy working and helping people of all ages. This has been my dream of working in the medical field since I was young. I have worked in hospitals, nursing homes, Dr. Office and cared for people in their homes over 30 years. What attracted me to this field was I use to go to work with my mother when I was in Jr. High School caring for patient in a nursing home, and the Private clients in their homes. I have not only cared for Seniors, Some of my jobs was caring for Babies, Children with disabilities and needed a caregiver I enjoy the most most is giving my help and support and bring joy to my clients, letting them know that I am there for them. My personal achievements I am proud of is Knowing that I was a help to my clients, doing the job that was needed to the best of my ability, and assuring them that while I was there, they could feel safe and enjoy being with me as much as I am with them, leaving them at the end of the day in a great Mood.

My journey started by brightening my grandmother's final years with companionship and care, from medical appointments to heartfelt moments together. In 2013, I stood by my father during his challenging months, offering solace as he faced a failing kidney transplant. Since 2015, I've wholeheartedly embraced the role of my mother's caregiver, tending to her needs in every way imaginable - from daily tasks to unwavering emotional support. I am a fun, laid back, compassionate person. I am a believer that being professional does not mean not having fun or enjoying your job. I love being a caregiver because I love helping people. I enjoy making people's lives or even just days better; that is one of the things that gives me the most sense of accomplishment. A personal achievement in proud of is my perseverance as a mother. Being a mother turned my whole life upside down and it has been a hard journey. But as my kids get older, I can see my efforts paying off and I'm really proud of myself for the way I've raised them, because this is the most important job of my life. I have been Working in healthcare for 7. I knew taking care of others was my calling when a close family member became ill with cancer and I took care of her up until she passed. Another reason I enjoy starting my homecare business is because I always wanted to be the one to take care of my grandmother. I believe everyone deserves a great caregiver. I understand it can be a hard process of allowing someone in your home and it may feel like you're losing your independence. I am here to make things easier and try to help you keep as much independence as possible.

I am compassionate, respective, understanding and experienced in care giving. I have worked in health care industry all my professional life. Likewise in my personal life, I took care of my Stroke strikened maternal- grandfather till his passing. I have passion for servicing and comforting others.

Reality. The reality is, is that sometimes our most valued connections in life (family members or friends) aren't available at every waking second. We need to find other resources to help create new valued connections, like me! I have an extreme passion for being able to apply my skills and care into what I do day in and day out, and that serving people!! Whether or not somebody's looking for friend, somebody to help them to the bathroom, or help lift their spirits, I want to be that person! Being a medical caregiver requires more than just knowing how to do certain skills, it's about establishing a connection like no other with the person you are there to treat, heal, help over come illnesses or disabilities! Nothing would make me happier than allowing me to join and assist all of your needs with you and your family. I have a very personal relationship with palliative care and/or hospice healing. I was my mother's main caretaker when she was diagnosed with Stage IV Metastatic Lung Cancer in early April 2017. I was her advocate. I lifted her up when she needed to be both physically and mentally. I listened to her, provided her professional medical care with anything that needed and/or required critical medical attention (which was often), but mostly I held her hand. Throughout the entire process the pain was hard, unbearable even, but I wouldn't give up. I know what it's like to be on both sides... The family member and the caretaker. But what I can empathize more with is being the actual patient. The relation to both parties is significant for me. I am feeling more than compelled to help out that special family that needs it. If anyone gets it, it's me. One of my favorite questions: "how can I help you?"

I am a very hard worker who can adapt to any environment, allowing me to give the best care. I enjoy assisting others who may have difficulty in doing specific ADLs themselves.
