What makes me a great caregiver I've learned to hear & listen as well have compassion. All my teen age life I wanted to care for elderly & children, I started working with individuals with develop disabilities ages range 18yrs - 70yrs, I thought to myself this is great later I came across working with senior citizens my heart, soul and mind was complete I found my goal this has been a passion and hearts desire. what I love most about being a care giver is being there physically, mentally, spiritually to comfort to have an ear and hand to help make another client day better than the day before. My personal achievement I'm proud of knowing that I made another persons day.

I currently work at Bridgewater nursing home in Binghamton NY. I work on the dementia unit there. I'm very outgoing and love to talk to people. I'm always early or on-time for appointments. Hello, My name is DeAnna. I have been in the line of health care for 13 years, working in nursing homes as a state Certified Nurses Aide as well as in private homes as a Home Health Aide. I have worked with many various ailments both mental and physical. I specialize in rehabilitation, Alzheimer's/Dementia, and skilled nursing/hospice. I actively work as a cargiver within my company and make minimal profit off hours I dont personally work as a care giver. What this means is I have well paid aides who enjoy working for/with me and I can take the burden of hiring and scheduling cargivers off your shoulders. We have on call aides to fill in should anything unexpected come up for a caregiver so you need not ever worry about someone not coming.
