I have been a caregiver for 6 yrs. I enjoy being a caregiver very much. I would not want to do anything else. I am passionate about providing exceptional care. I am proud to care for people who cannot properly care for themselves. I promote independance as much as possible.I am extremely patient, attentive, respectful & caring.

It brings me immense joy to build meaningful relationships with them, as I understand that companionship is just as crucial as any other aspect of care. In addition to my hands-on experience, I have developed strong communication and problem-solving skills that are essential in this field. I am attentive to the unique needs of each senior, and I take pride in creating personalized care plans that enhance their quality of life. The happiness I derive from making a positive difference in their lives motivates me every day. What makes me a good caregiver, is that I will always put my patients first. I'm caring, loving, patient, and I always be there for them when they need me. What attracts me I'm being a caregiver is because I love doing it. I fell in love with that helping my grandma when I would go visit in Texas. It is what got me into pre nursing school in high school and then I became a CNA and worked at a nursing home and I loved my patients. If they needed something I would make sure to get it if something would make them happier or smile I would go the extra mile for them. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is being there for them. One of my most personal achievements that I'm proud of is when I decided to go in healthcare or childcare. I love giving. I have been told by everyone I have ever cared for and their families that I am a very positive and energetic person. I have been a caregiver for about 10 years and love what I do. I love being there and helping people when they need it the most, it gives me better self-esteem being wanted and needed.

Each patient becomes my top priority. Their individual needs are evaluated and using my expertise from years of training, I develop relationships that make patients feel safe, secure, and well taken care of. I go over and beyond to see patient improvements each day. Sometimes this requires working with assigned medical staff to give them my care plan. i feel honored to be able to help and assist others. My compassionate nature and my love to help others drew me to this line of work. i believe it is a very important job and its also rewarding to serve the elderly and disabled.

I didnt choose caregiving, it chose me. After caring for my Father who was diagnosed with aggressive colorectal cancer someone noticed my skills and asked me to care for their loved one and so it began... I'm a people person, have a big personality, calm in stressful/traumatic situations, energetic and thorough. I can give excellent references. I have been a certified nursing assistant for about 6 years, I absolutely love it. I do daylie activities for those who can no longer do day to day things for themselves . Such as transferring, oral care, dressing, transferring to commode and or bed pen . Changing briefs (depends), cleaning up, assisting with showers, daylie range of motion excersises, medication reminders and just whatever needs to be done . I have lots of experience, I have never had a complaint from anyone I have ever taken care of. Making life easier and more enjoyable for those who struggle with day to day activities is my goal. I love to make people happy. I have a big heart and it goes a long ways. (:

I enjoy helping the elderly. One of my favorite things to do for my own family is cook for them or bake. Helping the elderly i didnt get to help my grandmother like I would of liked too. Spending time, talking, listening to their stories, cooking them food and/or treats. Becoming a mother, taking care of my family.

I am originally from Wichita, KS. My Dad moved the family to California when I was 10 years old. After graduating from High School, I moved back to Wichita, KS and wanted to be a Nurse. I decided to take a CNA class to see if that is the kind of work I would be happy doing. I worked for 3 1/2 years. I loved taking care of all the patients. I got married and we moved to California. I was a stay at home Mom. I divorced and moved to Oklahoma 10 years ago. I worked for several different companies in OKC as a 24 hour live-in Caregiver. I have also done a several Private Positions as well. I love cooking and cleaning and helping Seniors to feel comfortable in their homes. As an active Senior myself, I know the needs of other Seniors. I would like to work 3 to 4 days a week. I will always be available for emergencies as I know they happen. I am dependable and responsible. I am willing to work 24 hour periods if requested. I am considering moving to Chickasha and I don't mind doing some traveling. With 20 miles or less would be fine with me. I am from California and that is normal for me. I need to be active and this is the best way to do it, by helping others.
