Hello I'm Woodrow. Ever since I was a kid I always liked to help people and make people happy. I found that in being a caregiver it's very fulfilling and even sentimental. I'm a very responsible and kind hearted individual and I truly wish to help others.

I became a CNA in 1997 when my aunt was in a nursing home. I saw all the folks that needed love and care and thought I would give it a try. Well 2014 I am still a caregiver and can not imagine doing anything else. I have worked in Long Term Care, Home Health Agencies , Group Homes and private duty. My favorite being private duty with one on one care. I love helping people with their everyday needs and try to put some spice in their life by taking them out or offering fun activities in the home. I am willing to travel away from home, currently all my clients are in Centre County.

As an adult, a grandmother, in fact, I have a real understanding of life's trials and tribulations. furthermore, this understanding, and knowledge of the need for mentoring, care, and support in all of life's challenges prompted me to pursue an advanced degree at this stage in my life. I am quite proud of my last years in school. There is nothing like conversing and debating with young people about life's issues. We all learned a lot from those conversations and it made me feel like I truly had input into their lives and the way that they think about life's circumstances. Of course, I learned too.
