Hello, I am a dependable caregiver with over 8 years of experience.

17 years of caregiving experience.

Wife of 27 years, mother to 5, grandmother to 1. Work history includes home health CNA, Law Enforcement, Property Management and full time mother . Last 10 plus years I was the full time care giver for my mom who was a kidney patient (dialysis, medicine induced diabetic), auto-immune Patient which led to head and neck cancer and dad (COPD, Emphysema) before they passed. I enjoy caring for everyone, but the elderly hold a special place in my heart. Listening to them reminisce about the things they did when they were younger is one of my favorite things. They may not remember what they ate for breakfast, but watching their eyes light up when they tell me about a first love, a best friend from school or anything from their younger days fills my heart with joy. Previous experience in cancer care, dialysis care, COPD, emphysema, dementia, diabetic care and special needs. CPR/AED certified

I think of every patient as a family member of mines . Like I wouldn't want this to happen if this was one of my family members.. I work very hard to get my job done . I am responsible and very caring .. and also very respectable

I am very personable, outgoing and patient. I became a in home caregiver because I love helping the elderly live more independently from the comfort of their own home. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is being able to help seniors gain their confidence back. As a senior losing independence can be very frustrating and causes seniors to become very angry and in some cases lead to depression. Helping these seniors live comfortably from their home and making them comfortable at home while coping with losing their independence is very satisfying and my greatest achievement yet.

I'm very loving and caring and very gentle and love what I do as a caregiver. I first got into becoming a caregiver when my mom got sick and needed a lot of my help. And I fell in love with helping people that needed my help the most.

I have compassion for individuals that can't perform task or daily living activities,with the understanding that assistance is what they need to feel they are still in control of there independence,In my opinion, a caregiver job is one of the most important job in the world,I love what I do for a living and that's helping people live again in there on strength.

Caregiving is in my heart, I have been taking care of people for over 27 years and I love it. I have a heart for people. My greatest achivement professionally is the ability to understand people and to help people in need, to understand words that aren't spoken, I currently work for a Hospice company for the last 6 years being a CNA is one of my greatest gifts. Why I became a caregiver my best friend passed away from HIV and I wanted to take care of people like they took care of her. I'm also a CHPNA Certified Hospice Palliative Care Nursing Assistant 2018
