I have had my CNA for 13yrs i am currently a phlebotomist at grace clinic i have my CPR and i am looking for some extra hrs

I helped care for my grandfather from the time my grandmother passed and started off with light duties, such as chaffeuring him around, running errands, preparing meals, and helping him get undressed and in bed. Over the course of my care, my duties expanded to helping with medication, scheduling appointments, transferring from bed to wheelchair, and showering/bathing. I am a very caring and loving person and find it easy to get along with anyone I meet. I pride myself in always seeing the best in people and trying to understand an individual's point of view. Since I was a young boy, I cared deeply about the well-being of others and making people feel comfortable. I love connecting with people and learning and sharing their interests. I'm proud to say that my grandfather lived to be 84 and enjoyed a comfortable six years under my care when the doctors believed he would quickly follow his wife.

I am very compassionate and I love to talk with people. The elderly always have very interesting stories. I became a caregiver because I want to help others by being able to stay in thier homes and live a normal life.

I love to take care of those that are in need. I got into caregiving when my husband became ill with Multiple Sclerosis. I understand having a love one who is sick and needs help first hand. I have worked in assisted living facilities, state schools, home health and doing private care. I am Cpr certified . I have dealt with disabled and dementia clients.
