Hello, I am Melinda and I just love helping people in need. I am very thorough with my duties, I am friendly and a definite people person. I have 7 years of 24hr caregiving. I have been caring for a gentleman that had a brain aneurism. I fix him wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner. I wash all his clothes, take him to drs appointments, make his bed. My name is Kathleen and I have been caring for infants and adults for over 10 years. After graduating High School, my grandmother became ill and needed a full time caregiver. After working there about 6 months I decided this would be my career path. I took an accredited course to become a certified nurses aide and began working at a skilled nursing facility. I have heard so many memories and stories from my sweet residents, and the joy on their faces make me feel like I am making a difference.

Caregiving made an impact in my life when my Uncle and Great Grandmother needed help in the last phase of their life. Both at different times came to stay at my home as I tended to their daily needs until passed. Enjoy being around seniors listening to their stories and helping them with their personal care and their home cleaning needs. Willing to work weekdays weekends and holidays. For over 10 years I have been Providing excellent care to the elderly. I am very organized,I like having a checklist and calendar to see what we may have scheduled for the upcoming days. From companionship to dementia/end of life care. I am full of life and I love that I can bring a little of that to my clients. Being able to help others really attracted me to this kind of work.
