Hello! I'm Cassaundra! I use to be in the hospitality industry until Covid-19 started, I decided to not go back. I started working at Home Instead Senior Care at the end of 2020 and quickly discovered it was the best decision of my life! I'm on this earth to be of service, heal and nurture, it brings me pure joy! I have a background in nursing but did not complete the program. I'm at a point now in my life where I'm ready to continue my education and get my CNA and work up from there. Ive been a CNA for 20 yrs, received my license in North Carolina in 2001 and in Virginia in 2009. I believe the most important thing that makes me a great CNAs is patience and understanding. The reason why I became a CNA is I find joy in the elderly. They are knowledgeable, they make you laugh,and you can learn alot from them. I get great joy in seeing the smiles on their faces because they're pleased with me.
