My name is Grace, I am 26 years old. I am a very self-motivated and determined person. I have a huge heart for everyone and genuinely love helping anyone who needs it. I am always willing to step-up when I see someone in need. I am very professional and a hard-working employee. I have a background in Caregiving since March of 2016. I started as a direct support professional for adults with developmental disabilities. I also have extensive experience with senior care, memory care, rehabilitation, & as a home care assistant. I am proud of what I do. I bring a calm presence with me & it helps to get to know everyone on an individual and personal level. I am very adaptable and supportive to increase my client's individuality and choice in their daily lives. I view myself as someone to help them be their best self. I do whatever they are having trouble to do themselves. It is a private and very personal relationship. I have a huge heart for helping people. I love being a caregiver because I love taking care of people. I am a hard worker, very reliable, trustworthy, and I love to cook. I am currently taking some training to open an adult foster care. I just really enjoy doing this work.

My primary concern as a caregiver is to make sure that my client is able to function at the best of their ability and to make sure that they are having the highest quality of life that they are able to have. I am not only there for my client but I am also there for the family (such as: to let them go grocery shopping, are just to be another set of ears at doctor appointments or for the family. After a few days with the client and the family I begin to consider them family. I have a great amount of nurturing and empathy, some say I care to much but I give 150% to my clients and families. I enjoy order and dispensing medication, relating to my clients, enjoy the pass and working on family history. I have no parents or grandparents so my clients kind of fill these roles. I have been a first responder, EMT, CPR Instructor, nurse's aide, and medication aide. My personal achievement that I am most proud of is having a D.N.S. that I work with for a long time trust me to teach new nurse's the medication routine and to be a charge nurse. As a personal care giver the highest praise I can be given is for my client to tell me I must be an angel and that they love me.

I like people and have compassion and respect for their feeling. I have a strong desire to comfort and care for others and improve their quality of life. My greatest achievement was successfully raising two children who are now generous, kind adults who are an asset to the community.

I have a passion for helping others. I wanted to make a difference in the life of someone who was ill. Being able to bring some happiness to those in need. Being chosen as a lead aid, to be able to train new caregivers.

The knowledge of CNA and CMA, Over 10 years and the experience ,makes me a great caregiver. My great personalities are am honest, respectful and empathetic. My job and my personality has always been helping people and particularly old and disabled and helpless. I enjoy helping people who geneunly need help and doing my job professionally Personally I have achieved my goal of helping the helpless. Making them happy with life at their stages. I use the counseling skill to build a respectful job relationship and it works very well

I am honest, hardworking, experience, passionate, driven, dependable, highly organized and constantly set goals for myself. I am able to handle multitask. What attracted me to become a caregiver, i love making a difference in a family and their love ones life. I also love making a difference in a clients daily routine to wish the family could be at ease. It's very rewarding field where getting to meet all different kind of personalities.

I cared for my late father when he had a stroke twenty four years ago and I developed a tender heart for the elderly. I love working with them and I believe they need love, special care and attention in their old age just like my dad offered me a lot of love, care and attention in my young age. I am a warm, loving and caring person and I would like to make a difference in a person's life, treat them with respect and love, through music, through a word of encouragement, through a smile, a warm embrace an acts of kindness. I am reliable, detail oriented, respectful, creative and organized. The best time was when one of the elderly people who hasn't been talking or saying anything for a while started singing when I was playing a song on the CD and humming along, I felt so accomplished and victorious in that moment. I made a difference in her life that day, through music.

What makes me a great caregiver is my organization and ablity to multitask, I'm a reliable person. I enjoy people and treat people with respect. I've been a caregiver for 30+ years the reason I became a caregiver is, it's given is the ability to help other people, live the best posible life they can live. What I enjoy the most is watching people smile and heal. The thing I'm most proud of is raising my 4 children to be healthy young men.
